Shipping & Delivery Information for Studiobox:
We’re committed to delivering your orders efficiently across South Africa to physical addresses using our trusted courier partners. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
For areas within a 50km radius of major cities in South Africa, including main centres, our delivery process is well-tuned. However, if your location falls outside these main centres, your delivery may take a bit longer. Please be aware that we do not offer courier delivery to specific locations such as plots, farms, mines, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves, lodges, airports, or harbours. In case your delivery address falls within any of these categories, any additional costs incurred in delivery or return will be your responsibility.
If you anticipate being away from home during regular working hours, we recommend providing an alternative delivery address, such as a business address, where our couriers can reach you during office hours. In the event that a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier will contact you on the phone number you’ve provided to arrange a more suitable delivery time.
While we strive for swift delivery, the actual timeframe may vary depending on product availability and your delivery location. On average, Once orders are ready to be shipped it can take between 3 – 7 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Stock Availability Notification:
We do our utmost to maintain accurate stock levels, but occasionally discrepancies may arise. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will take the following actions:
- Offer you an equivalent alternative product.
- Provide an estimated timeframe for when new stock will be available.
- Offer a full refund for the affected item.
